Today we did a literacy session on our favourite books. First we discussed our books with a partner and came up with lots of good questions to ask each other. Then we came together as a class and shared why we had chosen our books - we discussed using the word 'because' in our sentences to explain our reasons. We then worked very hard to write down all our ideas and to draw a picture of our books. Lots of super writing today - well done Ladybirds!
